The first ever Popsugar beauty awards were launched in 2019. At that time, it was called “Your Best Power Awards”. A lot has changed in the last six years (see the 2026 Beauty Award winners here), but our mission remains the same: to celebrate the best beauty formulas, hand-picked by our trusted editorial team. We want to connect our audience with the best products on the market, which is what we’re doing with the Popsugar 2026 Skin-Care Awards.<\/p>\n

Summer is coming, and we want to enjoy each sunny moment, look and feel our best. As always, the winners will be selected by our experienced team of beauty editors and industry professionals. These journalists and subject matter experts will sift, scrub, and comb through hundreds of contestants to bring you the 25 best moisturizers, serums, cleansers, skin care tools, and more.<\/p>\n

How to Submit Products for Consideration<\/h2>\n<\/p>\n

Brands can fill out an entry form to submit their products for consideration by a panel of judges (members of the PS team). For PS’s 2026 Skin-Care Awards, we will be accepting submissions from Monday, March 30, at 9 am EST, through Monday, April 13, at 5 pm EST.<\/p>\n

A few things to keep in mind before applying:<\/p>\n

  • Please complete one entry form for each product. For multiple submissions, fill out one form for each entry and submit a separate fee for each product. There is no need to submit different forms of multiple shades of the same product.<\/li>\n
  • We require a $150 entry fee for each product delivery, which can be paid via Stripe. You will need to enter your Stripe payment verification ID on the submission form. The money is not returned.<\/li>\n
  • Both the payment and entry form must be submitted before the deadline; Popsugar is not responsible for payments other than related entries.<\/li>\n
  • You can submit any new product launched between January 1, 2024, and April 30, 2026. There are no exceptions.<\/li>\n
  • Limited products will be ignored.<\/li>\n
  • Late submissions will not be accepted.<\/li>\n
  • After reviewing all submissions, we will be contacting you about samples of any products that our judges are considering but haven’t had a chance to test before.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n

    Next Steps: Sampling and Testing<\/h2>\n<\/p>\n

    After reviewing all submissions, we’ll be contacting you about samples of any products that our team is thinking about but haven’t had a chance to test before.<\/p>\n

    We will not be able to test products that arrive after the sample deadline. From there, our editors will start checking (and rechecking) to find the best. Only winning products will be notified at the time of publication.<\/p>\n

    Q: When are the winners announced?<\/strong><\/p>\n

    A: Winners will be announced at the end of May.<\/p>\n

    Q: Are the Popsugar Skin-Care Awards separate from the Popsugar Beauty Awards?<\/strong><\/p>\n

    A: Yes, the beauty awards program focuses on the best beauty in all beauty categories, while our Skin Care Awards program focuses on the best skin care, in particular. Rewards programs run at different times. <\/p>\n

    Q: What if a product is launched at the right time, but there is no product link available?<\/strong><\/p>\n

    A: The product will need to have at least a pre-order link by April 30th.<\/p>\n

    Q: Are changes accepted?<\/strong><\/p>\n

    A: Products must be relaunched between January 1, 2024, and April 30, 2026. Modifications are OK as long as major changes are made to the product, but “refreshing” or repositioning the product is not. When products are released with new ones features – <\/em>eg skin care technology – may be relevant.<\/p>\n

    Q: Are new shades of an existing beauty product eligible (eg eyeshadows, lipsticks, etc.)?<\/strong><\/p>\n

    A: Products must be relaunched between January 1, 2024, and April 30, 2026. New shades of existing products are not eligible.<\/p>\n

    Q: Are limited edition products accepted?<\/strong><\/p>\n

    A: No, limited products are not eligible.<\/p>\n

    Q: Are the awards open to UK or US brands only?<\/strong><\/p>\n

    A: The product\/brand may be based in the UK, but must be widely available for purchase in the US.<\/p>\n

    Q: Is in-office treatment accepted for referral?<\/strong><\/p>\n

    A: No, the product must be available for purchase and home use.<\/p>\n

    Q: Are apps\/digital products considered?<\/strong><\/p>\n

    A: Yes, it depends on the product. We have a “Skin Care Tools\/Technology” section, which can include apps and digital product submissions.<\/p>\n

    Q: Are the supplements worth it?<\/strong><\/p>\n

    A: No, supplements are not eligible.<\/p>\n

    Question: Are men’s and women’s products (eg beauty products) both eligible?<\/strong><\/p>\n

    A: Yes.<\/p>\n
