Fantasy Basketball High Score Complete List for Week 13: Where did all the points go???

We’re in a bit of a drought in the NBA and fantasy basketball right now. It has now been three consecutive weeks without a player surpassing 80 points in a single game in High Score formats. Ironically, this has to do with the injury to Nuggets star Nikola Jokić. Yes, it’s really interesting.

We have a small throwback list for Week 13 with three aging stars. The current matchup has been the Lakers’ Luka Dončić, who posted a career-high 77 points for the second week in a row.

More for the best players

Luka Dončić, security guard: Again, Dončić is our constant after scoring 77 points again. Last week we did very well against Spurs as compared to Kings this week. Luka filled in the loss to the Kings with 42 points on 16-25 shooting from the floor, along with 8 assists, 7 rebounds and 4 steals.

The leading scorer for the Lakers is dealing with a back injury that could keep him out a bit this week. LA plays three road games this week with a few tight matchups against the Nuggets and Clippers.

Jamal Murray, guard: Murray has been finding his way into this list time and time again with Joker running around sidelined. Murray did the heavy lifting of the offense, scoring more than a third of Denver’s points in a 121-115 win over the Wizards on Saturday. Murray has also struggled with injuries of late but has also been one of High Score’s top assets with his combination of high scoring and high assist totals.

Scottie Barnes, frontcourt: We haven’t seen Barnes here since the end of December, when he had a career-high 25 rebounds and a fantastic 80 points in a dramatic win over the Dubs. In good agreement with the struggling Pacers, Barnes posted a 26-7-13 line with three shots in 38 minutes. Immanuel Quickley sat out that game, which allowed Barnes to work with the ball in his hands more often.

LeBron James, frontcourt: LeBron joins us for the second week in a row after scoring 64 points to win last week. The Lake Show led the scoring in a matchup against Atlanta earlier last week, scoring 141 points. Both James and Dončić had double-doubles with 10 and 12 assists, respectively. LeBron has been very aggressive on offense and is starting to look 100% healthy for the first time all season.

Kevin Durant, frontcourt: The Rockets have been struggling lately but had a good week with three wins in four games. In another such victory for the Timberwolves, KD dropped a season-high 39 points on 11-of-18 shooting from the floor, hit 6 3-pointers with 7 assists, 4 rebounds and 3 steals.

James Harden, utility: Harden surrounds a trio of senior guards who excelled in Week 13. Beard has worked well for fantasy managers this season and is riding his best scoring stats since leaving Houston in 2020. The clips have also been ringing since late December, winning 12 of their last 14 games. On top of this, Harden is posting big numbers while shooting less than 40% from the floor and less than 30% from distance. Despite the poor shooting numbers, Harden is getting enough volume to support these fantastic games.
